Report of Human Resource Development 2025<\/strong><\/h3>

In 2025, our organization placed strong emphasis on Human Resource Development (HRD)<\/strong> as a key driver of institutional growth, service quality, and long-term sustainability. Recognizing that people are our most valuable asset, we implemented a range of initiatives aimed at strengthening staff capacity, enhancing skills, and fostering a positive and productive work culture.<\/p>

Throughout the year, we conducted various training and capacity-building programs<\/strong> focused on leadership development, technical skills, project management, financial accountability, and community engagement.
