Speech by the Chair of the Board of Directors
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Distinguished guests, respected scholars, partners, donors, and dear brothers and sisters,
Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Cambodian Amanah Takaful Association, it is my honor to welcome you all today and to thank you for your presence and continued support.
CATA was established with a clear mission: to strengthen solidarity, promote mutual assistance, and support sustainable development within Cambodia’s Muslim community through Shariah-compliant and ethical initiatives. Our work is guided by the values of Amanah, transparency, and collective responsibility.
I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. SEN Saman, Executive Director of CATA, and the entire សមាជិត for their dedication, professionalism, and strong leadership. Under their guidance, CATA has continued to grow as a trusted institution, delivering impactful programs such as the មូលនិធិសហគមន៍ខ្ញុំ, កម្មវិធីគម្រោងលុយខ្ញុំស្អាត, Hajj Fund, and Islamic Business Cooperative, all of which serve the social, economic, and spiritual needs of our community.
As a Board, we remain fully committed to ensuring strong governance, accountability, and strategic direction, while supporting management in achieving CATA’s long-term vision. Our progress would not be possible without the trust of our members, the generosity of our donors, and the collaboration of our partners.
Looking ahead, we reaffirm our commitment to unity, ethical leadership, and sustainable growth, so that CATA may continue to serve the Ummah and contribute positively to national development.

ការសន្យារបស់យើងចំពោះអ្នក៖
បង្កើតឡើងដោយ លោក សេន សាម៉ាន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2022 CATA គឺជាសមាគមសប្បុរសធម៌ក្នុងស្រុកមួយដែលធ្វើការនៅទូទាំងរដ្ឋនានាទូទាំងប្រទេស។ គោលការណ៍បរិច្ចាក 100% របស់យើងធានាថារាល់ការបរិច្ចាកម្តងៗមានចម្ងាយបន្ថែមក្នុងការទៅដល់អ្នកដែលខ្វះខាតបំផុត។
ចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់ CATA មានភាពច្បាស់លាស់៖ កសាងកេរ្តិ៍ដំណែលមួយ ដើម្បីជួយដល់ជនមូស្លីមដែលខ្វះខាតនៅកម្ពុជា។

កម្មវិធី “CATA’s Youth” ត្រូវបានឧទ្ទិសដល់ការជំរុញការចែករំលែកព័ត៌មានថ្មីៗ បង្កើនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញតាមរយៈវគ្គខ្លី ផ្តល់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីបញ្ហាយុវជន និងសហគមន៍ ការផ្តល់ឱកាសការងារសម្រាប់បុគ្គលវ័យក្មេង ចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពសុខុមាលភាពសង្គម និងច្រើនទៀត។
ការបរិចាគ
ការបរិច្ចាគទាន គឺជាការផ្តលឲ្យជានិរន្ត និង បន្តជារាងរហូត។ CATA បានធ្វើការបរិច្ចាគជាមួយអ្នកដូចគ្នាដែរ ដូចជាការធ្វើមស្ជិត ការធ្វើអណ្ដូងទឹកជូនដល់អ្នកក្រីក្រ។ ទង្វើដែលស្ថិតស្ថេរនេះធានានូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមានក្នុងជីវិតរបស់អ្នកដែលត្រូវការដោយការដាំគ្រាប់ពូជនៃរង្វាន់ជារៀងរហូត។
ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំមនុស្ស 3.5 លាននាក់បាត់បង់ជីវិតដោយសារជំងឺទាក់ទងនឹងទឹក ដែលក្នុងនោះ 2.2 លាននាក់ជាកុមារ។ យើងអាចបង្កើតភាពខុសប្លែកគ្នាក្នុងជីវិតទាំងនេះ ដោយផ្តល់ប្រភពទឹកស្អាតដល់ពួកគេ។
គម្រោងអណ្ដូងទឹក
តើអ្នកដឹងទេថា មនុស្សជាង 780 លាននាក់ ខ្វះលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានទឹកស្អាត និងសុវត្ថិភាព និងទឹកស្អាត? វាមានច្រើនជាងម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមមនុស្ស 10 នាក់នៅលើភពផែនដី!
បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ មនុស្សជិត 1 លាននាក់បានស្លាប់ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំដោយសារជំងឺទឹក ដោយកុមារងាយរងគ្រោះបំផុត ដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់សមត្ថភាពរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការទទួលបានការអប់រំ។
