The Cambodian Amanah Takaful Association (CATA) obtained registration from the Ministry of Interior through a letter numbered 7260, dated December 20, 2022. And the esteemed HE Nak Oknha Dato Dr. Othsman Hassan, Senior Minister in charge of Special Mission-Islamic Affairs, represents CATA as the Chair of Board Director, while Mr. Sen Saman serves as the Executive Director.
CATA established a transparent and accountable system to encourage the Muslim community to join as a member and contribute, donations (Sadaqah), and Zakat to identify members who require assistance during times of emergency or financial hardship.

Collaborate with local and international humanitarian organizations to provide emergency relief assistance during natural disasters, conflicts, or other crises distributing essential supplies, providing shelter, and supporting the rebuilding process.
Raise awareness about the challenges faced by the Cambodian Islamic community and advocate for their rights and well-being through public awareness campaigns, educational events, and media engagements.
